💢Single Dumbbell Total Body Burn💢 One of my favorite things about fitness and exercise is finding ways to maximize my time! This is a good one to try that hits every major muscle group throughout the body and can easily fit into any amount of time you might have. All you need is a single dumbbell, 5 feet of space, and a shirt (not for wearing 😜) 5 min rounds Each movement is 1 minute, :30 each side. If you have 5 min, do just one round, 10 min do 2 rounds, and so on.
