This woman has been KILLING me.
Losing weight when there’s a lot to let go of = easiest.
Losing weight when there’s only a small amount of fat that could be trimmed off one’s frame = HARD.
But obviously NOT so much when the body’s in a fat burning mode.
Actually not just that, but additionally all that we do to reinforce the feeling of ENOUGH to our biology over & over again.
That really is part of the method to our madness w carb feasts.
When you dial back carbs & calories as most think to in the weight loss effort (which, ahem, feels COMFORTABLE to do in a fat burning mode), certain hormones start to shift. & if you DON’T address that shift especially when that level gets low - you run the risk of slowing or stopping your fat loss.
OR if you come @ this effort from a more extreme angle (severe deprivation of calories & eating mostly protein & produce 😬), you also run the risk of your body harvesting muscle for fuel & retaining fat due to the feeling of SCARCITY.
No, no, no, no, no.
Which is why the lovely J has a body fat % that is dropping despite having a small amount of weight to lose.
She doesn’t have to sacrifice any muscle to get @ the fat.
She can just burn the fat.
While have pasta dinners w her girls. 😍

There's no such thing as one must not eat animal meat to do yoga.
Yoga may have been discovered by few masters of knowledge in the ancient world and very few of them have been written into any scriptures.
Think and observe with an unbiased open mind.
See how it all actually is rather than how you want to see it as to be with a prejudiced mindset.
The only prerequisites for doing yoga with respect to the diet is that you should have eaten your right amount of meal atleast 3 hours before your yoga practice.
There's a reason why yoga has been promoted worldwide by the corporate world run "mind control" agencies or governments.
Yoga is very vast and only few part of it is taught to the masses to keep them resilient and capable just enough to perform well through all the torturous and exploitive circumstances we are made to live in.
