Always preaching to myself, just felt like someone may need to hear this....Sometimes you have to realize that it’s okay to be picky. It’s okay to be picky with who you spend your time with. It’s okay to eliminate things or even people out of your life that don’t build you up and help you be a better version of yourself. I’m all for surrounding yourself with people who challenge you mentally and want to see you succeed in everything you do. when you finally decide to do this, is when you’re going to flourish and thrive. It’s okay to not be sorry for not doing things that you used to anymore. When it comes down to it, if you’re trying to be better than you used to be in any area, it’s okay to cut things off that are holding you back. Be yourself unapologetically and you will see great things come into your life. You may see some things exit your life, but that is the time to be thankful, because those things weren’t meant to be in your life anyways. It just means you’re mentally and emotionally ready for better things to come your way. Be empowered and get things done that you need too. You’re doing way better than you may think!!!! I love you all🥳

Throwback Thursday: Our building on Wallace Boulevard facing Medi Park was the original home of the @TTUHSC School of Medicine in Amarillo before the larger part of campus on Coulter was constructed in the mid-80s. And the second floor wasn’t added to the building until 1981. The facility still houses the Harrington Library, Department of Psychiatry, administrative offices and more.
