Today's adventure led me to #TheBigTree in Rockport. Gina joined me there after we found a tree medallion at our last location. While there, I tripped and fell flat on my face. I still don't know what I tripped over. It felt more like something pulled my foot out from under me. However it happened, when I looked up from the ground, this amethyst caught my eye. It was tucked into a crevice of one of the smaller oaks. I remembered the tiny amethyst sliver inside my #faeriejournal from this morning. I sat with the crystal and my head began to feel slightly dizzy...less in a sick way... more like a swirling vortex of energy pulling my life force down towards the earth and then growing up and out like the trees. I sat there for awhile. Then one of the trees across from me almost appeared to have a face. And it looked at me. It scared me a bit... The intesity of what I was witnessing... not the Tree Person... that was amazing. I felt so alive. I closed my eyes when I got overwhelmed and told the Tree Person I wasn't sure why I was being shown its true face. When I opened my eyes, the tree looked like a regular tree again except that the leaves and limbs seemed to slightly glow. I looked around and the entire system of plants at #TheBigTree glowed with a pulsing vitality...and I felt the energy inside me pulsing at the same rate. It was as if we shared a heartbeat. It subsided after a few minutes...but I can still feel the rhythm inside the crystal and see it when I close my eyes. I have brought the amethyst home with me. I don't know what is happening exactly, but I am sure that something of the natural world is reaching out to communicate with me. I am open...a bit cautious....but also grateful for this bit of magic showing up in my life. #beautyabounds #treepeople

I met up with Gina and showed her my journal. We decided to follow the symbols in it to the #compassrosepark. While there, I found a piece of jewelry from my side table.....at.the.labyrinth! It must be another clue. But how did it get here? This is the craziest day. She tells me we must go on to #thebigtree. #letsgo #thegameisafoot
