Taco time! Carne Asada for the meat lovers; Potato/Soyrizo/Black Bean/Roasted Chilis for the veggie lovers. Topped w/ homemade roasted tomatillo salsa, queso fresco, cabbage, cilantro, radish, avocado & pickled onions. All on delicious but low calorie Coconut Flour Tortillas. Yum! Who says tacos are just for Tuesday?
